Noel Hickman offers cost-free educational courses for youth grades K-12 in the  City of Portsmouth, Virginia.

With nearly a decade of experience in Family and Consumer Science studies, along with a passion for education, Noel brings to life the fun and amazing world of Food and Nutrition.
